When a child enters foster care  often arrive with little more than the clothes on their backs, and all their treasured belongings are in a trash bag, It is  up to new foster parents to find or buy necessities for the child.  

Simple items like clothing, toiletry items, shoes, etc. add up. 

   With limited resources and a need to focus on the child rather than look for supplies like cribs, changing tables, extra beds, car seats, etc, these caregivers scramble to provide appropriate and safe items.
